Bill Tracker is a quick summary of the status of various federal legislative initiatives that may impact community development for Native Hawaiians. Through Bill Tracker, we are able to distribute relevant data and assist organizations to stay abreast of current public policy issues primarily in the areas of health, housing, education and federal recognition.
Timeline for Legislative Session
The State Legislative Session occurs January – May. During the legislative session, various bills are introduced and the public is invited to comment on the bills in front of the legislature before voting occurs.
